how is this build?

It's not bad, not too much of a fan of the psu you have picked out but its not a bad psu. Are you going to be useing the onboard video? Also the Zalman CNPS7700-CU works well for fitting the board although it gets close to the northbridge but cools it very well.
 
That power supply will power it. Although I have no idea what brand or the quality of the power supply, but im sure it would work just fine for what your putting in there.
 
nice setup. the psu in the case is probably an apevia. i dont have much experience with those, but i normally stay away from apevia because of all the bad reviews. the fsp psu you chose is pretty nice though. a reliable company. the last one i had from fsp was loud though, the epsilon series (pretty much the ocz gamexstreams). i'd recommend a modular psu though if you're workin in an matx, but there is nothing in the $50 range that i can think up. i've seen the corsair 520 as low as $80, the enermax liberty at about $70, but nothing at around $50. if you're willing to play with the cables though the fsp would be good.
i'm not really sure what i'm talking about though, i'm still an sff noob. i've only had one build, and that was in a modded lian li v300. bad memories. went through 3 psus with that thing. bwahaha.
 
FSP units are nice but the 500w that comes with the case is something i'd be more into simply because its got more power to give. The Corsair HX520w is even better. I seen one the other day for sale somewhere for $99 and thats a great price so shop around. I hope you dont plan on doing much gaming with the video card. Its not that great of a gaming card. A buddy at work was telling me that his friend got a 8600 and was upset at the performance. Nowadays you want to look at 1950Pro and better cards. If you want a G80 model get a 8800GTS or better. Thats just my opinion though. You didnt say what you were going to do with the rig so i'm assuming gaming rig.
