I plan on running it with an E6850 until penryn where I will most likely go quad core.

I will be OC'n, but not to the limits of my system.

Save your money and go with the E6750 instead. It has the same OC potential as the E6850.

Go with the Crucial Ballistix DDR2-800 2GB kit, since it can reach DDR2-1066 speeds for only $110 - $47MIR at the egg.

If you need SLI, go with the eVGA 122-CK-NF68-A1 instead of that Asus.

If you don't need SLI, go with a P35 based board instead, like the Abit IP35 Pro or vanilla, Asus P5K-E, Gigabyte P35-DS3R, or Abit IP35-E ($90 - $20MIR @ mwave).
