I got a 6950 that died 2 weeks after i got it last February and now the retailer doesn't want to honor the return, Should i give powercolor's support a try or just go thru my credit card company? (also theres an mir im out too since i sent everything back on the first rma attempt)

thanks

People rarely post when things go well. Because of this you see a lot of threads about companies bad mouthing their customer service and think the worst. I've done a few rmas with powercolor and they were pretty standard. Nothing really amazing but they honored them and got the cards back to me in a reasonable amount of time.

I had a 4850 die about two years ago. They don't really update the information site much and it ended up taking about a month to get a replacement.
