asking because is the first time I Rma a motherboard to them, usually when I get a deffective board, i rma it through newegg.com if is with the year term

but this board, An Asus A7N8X deluxe board is beyond the year, so is the first time dealing with the manufacture

anyone had experiences with rmaing something to asus?

thanks

i rma'd my p4c800deluxe earlier in the year. i think their rma process is pretty good. it takes about 1-2weeks to get another board after you ship to them.

I have RMA'd two boards to them, and they are always really friendly about it. ForeverUnknown is right though, it takes about 2 weeks to get the replacement board in.

Thanks for the feedback guys :)

although like you said, it takes two weeks to get a new one

I say is better than not getting a replacement at all
