how hot is your prescott oc?

Mine was getting up towards 70c at load. I decided to cool it with a Koolance Exos and now my temps are 40/54c. Much better.

hm...ive been thinking aobut getting H2O...my delima is taht i can hit 3.71 right now with a load temp of like 60...do you think i would be able to OC any more with H2O? Did you get a higher OC?

My idle at 3.43GHZ from 2.8E is 40.1 C according to the Asus monitoring program. On the Koolance Exo's LED display, the CPU temp is 27 C at idle. :p

That all depends, what voltage are you having to use to get to 3.71GHz on air with a 60C load??? What stepping of 3.2E do you have?

I didn't really get a higher OC out of the Exos. More piece of mind than anything with my current OC. My rig actually runs all my benchmarks and games at 3.75g but immediately fails a prime95 test. So, I backed it down to 3.6g where I have no problems with anything, besides temps. ;) You might get a higher OC, but don't count on it.
