How hot is too hot?

I just finished building a new computer, using a Lian Li 6070 case. This is their "silent" case, with foam sound insulation on the inner walls and low rpm case fans. Unfortunatly, that same foam insulation is quite good at keeping heat in, and those slow fans aren't moving much air, so it gets pretty warm in there. While I am enjoying how quiet my computer is, I'm wondering if the heat is something I should be worried about. Here are my temperatures:

Case sides on, idle
GPU core: 63C
Case: 45C
Room temperature: 23C

Case sides on, under load
GPU core: 69C
Case: 50C
Room temperature: 23C

These are numbers from nvidia's driver, so I'm assuming that the "ambient" thermometer is somewhere on the card that's far away from the ram and the GPU. I don't have a program to read the CPU temperature right now but I'll set one up tomorrow.

So... is this too hot? Is there any risk of damaging my graphics card if I continue to use it as is? What about other parts of the system?

I'm not exactly an expert when it comes to temps, but I'd say that's a bit too high. What is your processor running at? If your processor isn't running too hot then I wouldn't really worry, but you may want to put in some fans that run at a higher rpm anyway.

While those aren't dangerously hot, those are way above room temp which tells me that you don't have enough air moving through your case.

A review on the case that you bought said that the 3 80mm fans that come with it are low power/ low volume fans.

I would say to sacrafice some of the silence and get 3 nice 80mm fans to keep that case cool. OR, if you can, mod the case (front and rear) to hold 120mm fans. With those you will be able to keep the volume down with upping the air flow through the case.

You could also mod a low speed 120mm vent into the top of the case to exhast all the heat that is building up and rising to the top of your case.
