How fast does SVC usally ship out?

I just made an order at 11AM today. When should it ship out? Today, tomorrow or wed?

I know the coolerguys normally ships on the same day :/
 
SVC has been a mixed bag for me in the half-dozen times I've ordered from them. Twice they've shipped the next day, once they waited a week and I had to bitch at them, and the the other 3 or so times it's been at least 2 days
 
If I recall correctly my last order shipped the next day, maybe the day after? It definitely did not ship the same day, though I don't remember when in the day or what day of the week I tried to place the order...
 
When I ordered, they shipped within 2 days. The only problem I had with their handling is that they never told me when they sent it. I got an original receipt, and then in like 4-5 days the package came in. The same night I recieved the package, I recieved an automated e-mail telling me that they sent it. NO SHIT!?
 
Every time I have ordered from SVC and newegg at the same time I get SVCs stuff in first. That is, unless they are out of stock of an item you have ordered...then this happens:

1-they wait a week without giving you an email, or even charging you for the order

2-they charge you after said week, THEN they send an email asking what you would like to sub.

This has happened to me 3 times with SVC :mad:
 
for me its usually next day, i rarely get it shipped the same day.
but total time, were lookin at less than 5 days from CA to CHI
 
Stuff usually arrives within 48 hours for me. A few months a go when I ordered an NV Silencer, they gave me a 10.00$ discount because it was out of stock for a few days.
 
My last order was placed in the evening of the 19th (after working hours). It shipped on the 21st, and arrived at my door today, via UPS (really, a record for them, from CA to TX!!) on the 25th. I've never had a problem with a damaged shipment or out of stock item, and only had to rma one item (a refurb'd sparkle power supply which arrived doa).

Overall, they've been veddy veddy good to me!! :D
 
I love SVC, I ordered things on 3 different occasions. All were shipped either same day or next day, I had tracking numbers when they were sent out and no problems what so ever and I live all the way in PA. I always buy svc when I can, plus they have kick ass prices especially on their sale and clearance items!

Last two times I've ordered from SVC I got my stuff after a week or two and at least 2 emails each. I keep telling myself that I never want to buy anything there again but they hve the XP-90 for $25... :cool: :mad: :eek:. If they are the only place that has what you want or you're getting a good deal and can wait a while, then order from there, otherwise look at FrozenCPU for modding supplies.
 
FrozenCPU charges 25-50% more for the same things that SVC sells. What a fucking joke.
 
I placed two different orders yesterday (Sunday) at around 6:00 p.m. One of those orders went out today (monday) and I don't know about the other one as I didn't get an email for it as of yet.
 
They where out of arctic silver 5, so they didn’t ship my order today. But hopefully svc ships it out tomorrow since I told them to just remove the ac5 from my order. In a way it’s good that they didn’t ship my order out. Because for some reason I had ordered 12 freaking ide cables when I only wanted 2. lol

the coolerguys on the other hand where out of one item and let me know just 15mins after i sent in the order. so i replied back to cancell that one item and they still shipped the same day!

I also did a order on newegg the very same day and they shipped on that day :)

Btw I won’t order from frozen cpu unless they are the only store on the planet that has what I need. I talked to the owner of the store a few years ago when they first opened and he was real nasty. Luckily they now have employees that take care of the pr crap.
 
Well this time they came through for a friend of mine. Ordered Thursday at like midnight, arrived today.
 
Everytime I order from svc I get my order really fast. Not as fast as newegg though, usually with newegg I get my order next day for some reason, it's always like blazing fast.
 
I ordered something from Newegg Sunday also, the same time I placed my SVC orders. I received a shipping notification yesterday morning.

Today, its already on the truck for delivery. The cool part is when I track it, newegg actually processed the order on Sunday evening. It was picked up by Fedex Sunday evening also :eek: :). It was sent from the New Jersey warehouse and its arriving at my door in CALIFORNIA today!!! Now thats fast.
 
Yeah nothing is faster than the egg. but the cooler guys is usally the same speed as the egg or at worst 1 day more just because they may show an item in stock when its not, as their inventory doesnt get updated on the weekends.

btw i just called svc today and they say that my orders have been modified and they they will be shipping. So all in all not bad and the guy on the phone was pretty cool/normal. If their inventory was updated on the weekends i would most likly recive my package tonight. But oh well :p
 
SVC has been totally awsome for me lately. Always a guy without any crazy accent picking up the phone right away and he can answer just about anything.

I ordered a Lian Li case, and they sent me the window one instead of windowless. Called them up, and a day later a windowless panel was being shipped straight from their distributer in Washington to my house, not even through them first. That way I didnt have to return the entire case or even the panel before mine arrived.
 
I just ordered some fans from SVC late Monday night (way past business hours) and I got an e-mail this past afternoon saying it had shipped with an expected delivery date of 7/27/05 (ie today!). My first order from SVC and I'm not complaining.
 
I just ordered some arctic silver 5 from zippyzoomfly.com and OMFG. After 24hrs it’s still in stage one of the ordering process. If this package isn’t shipped by tomorrow I'm canceling the order and taking a gamble with the arctic silver 5 that compusa and frys have.

Normally zipzoomfly is a LOT better, so I will give them a break this time.
 
Im pretty sure the Arctic Silver from Fry's or CompUSA is the same stuff. No need to order online.
 
SVC seems to be a mixed bag. I've never had any major problems with them. They ship via UPS, which takes forever and a day to get here. The only thing I've seemed to notice is that if there's a problem with your order, they don't tell you and don't ship it out.
 
Definately a mixed bag for me as well.

The first time was an absolute nightmare. They were out of stock on an item, held my order without telling me, finally shipped it without the OOS item, shipped me the wrong stuff, sent it back, sent me some right stuff and some wrong stuff, and finally just refunded me for the items that never arrived (either via error or OOS).

Did a smaller order recently and everything was fine.

Great prices though...but if you need it anytime soon, well...feeling lucky? ;)
 
I placed an order 48 hours ago. Today they called me and told me that product was OOS for another week. I just told them to send it when they get it.
