I was wondering if anyone here has overclocked the AMD X2 5200? I was able to get it overclocked to 2.93ghz. I've seen on other forums that it is able to be overclocked to 3.0. how can i get it there? I've tryed, and it seems to be a little tricky. Can someone help?

if you wanted a processor to overclock, you are better off going with a C2D...
i have never had much luck overclocking any kinda of X2
While the C2Ds are OC'ing well, I'm not so sure that I would go around saying that X2s arent overclockable.
OP - What have you tried so far? If you really want to go for a 3Ghz OC then you need to narrow down what component it is thats holding you back. Is your RAM stable?
