I got my Sapphire X850XT VIVO(finally ;) )
Can't get the VIVO to work
the drivers r installed but still nothing.

I connected my PS2 and i can't get it to detect Video IN

plz help

Do you have a program do watch the video in? Do a search and you will find at least 2 threads that explain everything you need to know about vivo. Try a program called DScaler or something like that.
 
Make sure you've installed ATI's Multimedia Center, you can download it from their driver section. I believe Dscaler doesn't work with the ATI Aiw/Vivo cards.

DScaler, fxVideo, and ATI multimedia center

for some reason all of them don't work

isn't there an easy way to do this

It's not complicated at all man, turn the software on and configure it, boom it works... If you get desperate ask for pictures... really it's just click on then vuala tvin workin'.

There's always the possibility that it's a bad vivo chip, try hooking up s-video out to a tv and see if you can get that to work and if you can you're doing something wrong with the tvin software.

i have no TV :( , that's y i want this working i want to connect my PS2
the thing is i can't get the software to run, or acctually activate it
like for a software designer , it is so unfriendly to use
beside shouldn't there be a software that come with the card
if anyone has the sapphire x850xt VIVO card plz tell me which CD it is in
 
lol laziness :D find it yourself, there can't be That many cds can there?

Plus it ussually has the name on the cd or contextually I tend to know which cds are important when they come in a pack. But that's just me.

The CD that usually comes with the x800s that have VIVO is powerDVD Director. If you can find a copy of that it will probably work. If not than it is very likely a card problem.
 
It finally worked :) power director did the job
althought one problem....the screen is small
how can i make it bigger
