How does this setup look?

Right now I'm simply looking at getting a secondary computer to host VM's, bring to LANs, etc.
I don't have a huge budget (college student) but I've come up with something that should be pretty capable, portable, and sleek.
It will also eventually serve as a media center PC when I move into my new house in a couple of months (will add Blu-Ray and TV tuner capabilities).

I'm looking at:

Pentium Dual Core E2160 (already have brand new)
380w Antec EarthWatts (already have brand new)
250GB Samsung SpinPoint (already have from RMA)
Gigabyte GA-EG43M-S2H
2x 2GB Corsair XMS DDR2-800
ATI HD 2400 Pro (will replace with 9800GT or comparable model at a later date)
Silverstone Sugo SG02B
Samsung DVD-RW

Now my question is what CPU cooler is recommended for this case? I've done some research and can't find anything definitive. I'm looking to OC to around 3GHz.

Also, what would you change about this build?

The video card definitely. How much will you be paying for the 2400 Pro? And the Corsair RAM?

Wow, I didn't even notice. That motherboard only has a PCIe x4 2.0. Any other suggestions then?

The P5E-VM looks awful tempting. I know it has a great reputation but spending $130 on a motherboard for an extra PC is a bit much. I'll probably end up getting it, though.

Thanks for the help.

if you are looking for more of a budget board.the first one he listed for 60$ is a good board.i got one and im very satisfied with it.
