How does this overclock look? (e6400 + 680i)

Just a warning before you read on, this is my first overclocking attempt, so if it is not that impressive, or my lack of knowledge is evident, my apologies are offered in advance. Thank you.

So I bought a E6400, eVGA 680i SLI, and other assorted goodies around Christmas, and I was big into the whole undervolting and underclocking scene to make a dead silent computer. I've decided to give the other end of the spectrum a shot, and I am just wondering how these voltages are looking so far and if I am on the right track for this gear.

The Goods
e6400
eVGA 680i SLI (all non-essential options disabled)
4*1GB G.Skill F2-6400PHU2-HZ @ 4-4-4-12 (2T)
Corsair Nautilus 500

The Temperatures
Ambient: ~20'C
Idle: ~38'C
Load: ~50'C

The Voltages (as reported by NVIDIA MonitorView
CPU: 1.35v
Memory: 2.1v
FSB: 1.4v
HT(SPP-MCP): 1.2v
PCI-E: 1.4v
nForce: 1.5v
AUX: 1.5v

Currently I am running at 3.2ghz with the RAM running in sync mode. I have verified stability with Orthos for a period of 8 hours and everything checks out fine. I am pretty unhappy with the temperatures, and I have tried dropping the CPU voltage, but it just isn't stable if I do.

Any suggestions on additional things to try, including your past experiences or things to try would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Seems a little high. Consider that I had the exact same overclock and voltage with an Arctic Cooler Freezer 7 Pro and I was maxing out at 47C. Try reapplying and seating the block.

Anything ≤50*C is fine. Honestly, under 60*C is fine, but 50*C is great.
