This comes out to 845.92 before tax. Any changes you guys would do, or anything I am missing? Thanks.

I was actually considering going with the cheaper processor. Is that really that much of a difference performance wise between the two?

Unless you deem that 400mhz of power and having an unlocked multiplier is really worth the $50 difference then no there is little difference (both could be O/c'd to 3.8+ with proper air cooling). Plus the 95w version will run much cooler. My main concern with your build was the PSU you chose.

hd's build is good. i'd change the hdd to an f3, though, if one is in stock. hm... not sure what you listed in your op since you didn't mention any parts... too lazy to click on a half dozen links.
