fro every member there is a description under the the user name such as noobies, hlite and stuff like those
how does it work i mean when do you go from noobies to hlite and above.

It'd be funny if they scripted an auto-response to new threads in this section with that, it'd settle 9/10ths of 'em.
 
If people took the time to RTFM then there would not be be 3/4 of the threads on this forum that are here
