how do you work RAGE3D overclocker?

i downloaded a RAGE3D overclocker program thingy, i know how to overclock it but every time i run a benchmark or a game, the clock speeds go back to its stock speed, what do i have to do to make the clock speeds stay?
btw i have a ati radeon 9200
 
the 9200 might be clock locked in the bios

try powerstrip and see if that application will let you overclock
