How do you use your eyefinity?

I just got my 5850 up and running along w/ MW2 on 3 22" res 5760x1080, what a pain. Anywho I was wondering how you use this setup as a day to day thing. I noticed that my start menu is now way on the left screen. I used to have it on the center screen plus I could expand windows in their own screen as opposed to all three. Also when running a non eyefinity game like mass effect 1 I get the game replicated on all three screens. Do people normally have eyefinty disabled then re enabled for certain games? Am I missing some kinda option to put primary on center screen. I am also not to happy about not being able to use 5040x1050. I tried the edid thing w/ disasterous results.

5040x1050 in Eyefinity is 1680x1050 per screen and is a 16:10 ratio. You are using 16:9 displays.

The 10.1 drivers have an option of 4800x900, which can take the pressure off slightly and is the correct resolution for your displays' aspect ratio.

I think DaveBauman said they were working on different Eyefinity resolutions but it wasn't as straightforward as it seemed and would take time. Hopefully they will have a variety of different resolutions for each aspect ratio. x900 has just appeared with the 10.1 drivers. Hopefully a x720 will also arrive at some point.

EDIT: I think that making sure there is a wealth of lower resolution options for Eyefinity is really key for widescale adoption. A 5850 and some TN panels can get someone affordable Eyefinity but they need a bunch of lower resolution options. 3x720p would probably still look great and be a realistic amount of pixels for a mid-level card, even in 6-12 months time.
