Hey guys, i have a 2405 and want to buy 2 more smaller monitors. How do you support 3 monitors off one card?( mine is 6800 ulta oc) also, is there any dell monitors that fit flush with the 2405, ide like to get the 20w ones if possible. Thanks
 
Here's an alternate solution that doesn't require setting up.

If your'e using both as alternate displays, and both your monitors are leftovers, it's a rather nice solution.
 
yea but if you have a 2405 like me you prob want to put one smaller lcd on each side of the 2405. and that splitter thing doesnt seem like it would work. cause all it "seems" to do is split the screen so 1/2 goes on 1 and 1/2 goes on the other. but that wouldnt work if you wanted the 2405 between the 2 smaller lcds
 
What i would like to do is put the 2405 in the center and 2 20 widescreens on the sides. Is there any decent PCI cards that can support 2 monitors. Also is there any dell montiors that will sit flush with the 2405? dont want it to look stupid.
 
I've been using the PCI radeon 9200 series with pretty good luck.

I run an apple cinema 23 as primary and 2x generic 20's as my second and third monitors. All are DVI. I run the 23 off of the DVI port on the PCI radeon 9200 and the 2x 20's off of an AGP Matrox (don't laugh) Parhelia P650. Obviously I don't game using this box.

I find that Tri-monitor configuraton is a very effective setup.

2001FP will have the same screen height as well as the adjustable stand.
