How do you enable k10stat?

I must be missing something obvious, because I can't figure out how to use this program, and the readme is in Japanese or something...

No changes seem to have any effect on anything, and in the P-state tab, in a box just above the OK/Cancel buttons, it says "K10stat clock control function is disabled". Well, how do I enable it then? :confused:
 
sorry i have no idea.. never used the program.. im sure there is some one that has so ill help bump it to the top..
 
I use K10Stat, and even though mine says that clock control is disabled, all the changes I make are still applied. Just highlight which P-State you want to modify, change the multipliers in the FID and DID colums, and hit apply. Make sure your power plan is set to default, or CnQ won't work. Here is a SS of my particular settings, and maybe you can deduct as to how to work with it.

Just be aware that the speeds are based off a HT/FSB of 200, so if you have changed it, the numbers will be off.
