As title,
it's really hard to remove the dust in my case.

I have a Lian Li PC-7FNWX with dust filters but after a month of PC use the dust is present inside the case.

How do you clean it?
It's really hard to clean using every thing else than Compressed AIR but this kind of air its dangerous since the spray release some drops of water when cleaning.

What is the best way to clean your case?

I doubt that's water although it's liquid.

Relatedly, I wonder if cans of "Endust for electronics multi purpose duster" that I picked up at Target, are the same as compressed air. Anyone know?
 
I use a $35 air compressor. Saves a ton of money than spending it on disposable air cans. It's also good for 1000 other things.
 
Compressed air and a vacuum cleaner. Good enough for the government, good enough for me.
 
Compressed air. And try to keep the room as dust free as possible. But there will always be dust. Go to harbor freight and snag a cheap compressor. Even an airbrush compressor will do the job. :)
 
As explained, compressed air generate some drops of liquid, so, is it safe to use compressed air?
 
Most compressors have some manor of moisture trap. You should be fine. Blow with power off just to be safe at first.

Yes. I use it all the time. If you're using cans of compressed air, just be aware of the angle you're holding the can at. IIRC, if you're holding the nossle downwards, it will spray moisture.

Just make sure the computer is off and unplugged when you use it. Also, fix the fans so they're not spinning freely when you blow into the case/gpu/headsinks/etc

I always blow with power off but do you think that that drop is safe for components?

my cans spray moisture also when the nozzle is up.
when you sprai air, after a little, the cans became really cold, and than moisture is ejected from the cans.
 
Maybe the moisture you get is from shaking the can. On my cans it says don't shake, and always hold upright
 
I borrow my friend's professional air compressor :) it's so powerful it sometime blow the resistor off of the motherboard.
 
Get an electric leaf blower or DataVac duster blower. Also use a paint brush to loosen up any dust prior to blowing.

My God, I don't understand why it hadn't occurred to me all these years. Then earlier this year I picked one up and now I really regret not buying one sooner. Air compressors are way more powerful and save you a shit ton of money.

I read somewhere that those cheap air pumps for air mattresses works also. If anyone has one, can you see if it blows a lot of air. I have one in storage somewhere that I will hunt for if it works good at blowing dust.

people get all hung up on water...a couple drops of water are not going to kill your computer. Turn it off before cleaning (duh) and let it dry a bit after applying compressed air.

Lots of old salvaged systems I have recommissioned, first thing I do is fully disassemble and get the parts in the kitchen sink, soap and water baby, rinse well with hot water set the boards in the sun for a couple hours in summer, or on the heat register in winter, no problem.

Why? Such a waste of time. I just take out the top rack in the dishwasher, remove the side panels on the case, throw the whole damn computer in there and set the dishwasher to Heavy Duty.
