Actually pretty good stuff, all but the same product Monster sells. Nothing in it to dry out your screen or cause yellowing.

A few bucks spent to protect a monitor is well worth it.

Windex + cloth = clean laptop screen for me.

Google Windex and lcd screen and you will get loads (I mean shitloads) of links saying it's a bad thing.

It will eventually fuck up the coating on your screen.

I use Monster Power Screen Cleaner, it was like 15 bucks, but I got it mostly for the fabric wipe that came with it, not for the spray.

Maybe some of you have already seen this, but if you haven't, give it a try. This thing really works! I heard about how over years of use electrons build up on the inside and muddles up your screen, well, now there is a way to clean it. I tried it and the difference after is just amazing! I use an abrasion resistant CD cleaning cloth, and some Endust with it to clean both my LCDs. Works mighty good.

apple makes these good wipe things that they have at the apple store that works quite well

I got the Staples branded LCD cleaning solution, and a microfiber "glasses" cleaning cloth for about 6 bucks and it works wonders on my screen

Man that stuff does a job...but toooo expensive

how do you clean these fiber cloths ?

they say ok to wash...but how are you going to clean something like this and
at the same time make SURE you don't have any chemical residue from the wash.

I believe that my NEC MultiSyncLCD1765 has a nice plastic casing over the actual LCD. It's fairly sturdy and can be cleaned real easy. They should def. add that to all LCD's.

Considering you get enough cleaner to last for years the price isn’t too bad.

As for cleaning the cloth, a capful of “Woolite” in a sink with a bit of cold water cleans them right up, then just rinse a few time with running cool water. Restores the cloth to like new.
