How do you change the "Turn off Computer" button?

I saw someone's computer that had a customized Turn off Computer button, where instead of Computer it says the Username like "Turn of Username" and was wondering how to do this?

Are you sure you didn't see "Log off" instead of "Turn off"? Other than that I've no clue how to do what you're asking.

res hack explorer.exe. Bad idea if you don't know what I'm talking about. You have to either modify the registry to load the modified .exe or replace the real one.
