How do you backup your blu-ray backups?

I have ripped all my blu-rays onto my computer hard drives. I spent a ton of time getting them all ripped and backed up. What do you use or what is the best way to backup these so I dont have to rip them again if something happens? Just a mirror drive or is there a better way?

I have stored them on a second set of a bit older but still working HDDs that I deposit in my parents house. Of course these are not always at the most recent state and the differences are too large much to sync them over the internet, but at least I do not loose everything in case of an catastrophic event.

The more important data goes there with a daily sync.
 
Not many options other than backing up to another drive, preferably drives that aren't normally attached to the PC. Remember that mirroring/RAID is not a backup, it just makes it less likely that you'll have to restore from your backups.

I have my media on 8x 3TB drives in RAID 10 plus a few externals for backups. Once a year or so I take the externals to my dad's place and sync our collections.
 
I back up my raid 5 to 4TB external drives. I should probably put the externals somewhere else but there's nothing insanely sensitive in my storage tbh.
 
My BluRay rips go into my ZFS array and then my ZFS array gets backed up to a second separate ZFS array in a different machine, and also backed up to CrashPlan.
 
My BluRay rips get saved to a network ZFS raidz2 array on my NAS. They are rsync'd daily to a second ZFS raidz2 NAS. Both NAS have snapshots enabled. It's about as safe as I can really get without adding in tapes or renting a second building and a big pipe.
 
I have this little USB caddy thingy that I can plug hard drives into for use as a back up drive. When I get a new drive for my Plex collection, I just buy two, (just bought another 2TB Seagate and bought two), which I install one in my system for use and plug one into that caddy thing. I backup the last full HDD to the caddy drive, pull it, and store it. Not the best solution but easy and relatively quick/cheap.
 
As my vision isn't great anyway, I rip them to mkv 1080 files and save them to: 1. my NAS, and 2, a blank blue ray recordable disk. Sharing is a practice for me, so I give one to a friend, too. That's my 'off site' saved area. He does the same. Of the group, hopefully someone has a copy if mine goes south. The original stays in it's box, stored in great big rubbermaid 'trunks'. Cloud storage? Sure. And when it 'rains' data, all is lost. I don't trust anyone else to take care of my data.
