Ok being an ass like this won't help.
First off, please be as descript as possible in your first post. Secondly, I don't believe you can use the pencil trick with XPs. Thirdly, grammar and good spelling make you sound much more mature and much more likely to get an answer. You have a good goal, but I would suggest researching overclocking your chip before you actually attempt it. From what I'm gathering, I'm assuming you haven't OC'd before. Correct me if I'm wrong.

one more thing, is overclocking my CPU really worth it? My friends said "Overclocking your CPU is pointless, you wouldn't see a difference, and just wait until my computer is out-of-date and buy a whole new system (in about 3 years). Now Is overclocking my CPU really worth it? Even if i did i looking to buy the Abit NF7-S, but now I'm not sure if it really worth it, what do u guys think?

Overclocking is a lot more than just getting higher performance, it's a hobby. For someone who just wants more performance, its a bit hard to explain, most of us do it because we enjoy the excitement of poshing the limits and coming up with ways to do it better. For some it's about trying to get the highest benchmark or overclock or just trying to achieve a personal goal. So if all you want is a noticeable increase in performance, you may be better off buying a new computer. But if you want to see how far you can go and and what it takes to get there, then OCing is for you.

nicely put.
You dont have to unlock the 2400+ since it's a tbred-b. IF it's locked, you'll need some conductive lacquer and a needle or xacto knife. I haven't tested the 'new' unlock method yet so i'll have to get back to you on that one
I'm goign to try it in a few here >![]()
