how do u remove the adhesive off the ninja?

yeah im getting ready to switch mobos and its really freaking sticky. I dont really wanna just rip it off. how do i take it off while not ruining the tracings? i should have just used the stock mobo backplate but its too late now.
 
Eh... the best way that I know of is to do just that, rip it off, then clean the board with some "goo gone" or "goof off" and then 99% ISO alcohol.
 
The best way involves taking 4 flathead screwdrivers, cover the ends in masking tape, and slip one under each part. Slowly insert all 4, then every 5 minutes or so, move them in about 1cm each. In no time, they'll be off.

i used hair dryer and a popsicle stick to get mine off but, the way posted above is much safer.
