hi- ive been out of the computer loop for a while and have been meaning to pick up a swiftech mcx4000. i recently discovered the mcx478-v, and i do not know which to buy. any thoughts? how do they compare performancewise?

sorry if this has been asked already- i dont think a search turned up what i was looking for
