Make it to were I dont have to have my PSU hooked up to a computer yet it will still work so I can plug lights and what not into it...I heard you had to use a "jumper" of sorts to complete the circut by touching two pins? Am I right? Any help would be appricated! Thanks.
 
yup its really easy. :)

take an unpainted paper clip or a piece of wire and put one end in the green wire on the main atx connector and the other end in any black wire on the main atx connector. Then just plug it in and turn it on via the switch on the back.
