I have a i5-4670 and a asrock z97m formula.
I'm trying to lower the cpu voltage- by bios- as much as possible.

Only issue: whatever I do, the voltage stays the same.
This is what I tried:
-vcore override voltage : both in auto or setting it to 1.000v doesn't have any effect. Cpu-z always report between 1.074-1.128v

cpu input voltage: whether it stays in auto or lowered to 1.38v (in fixed mode) doesn't change anything in cpu-z when the cpu gets on heavy load. I tried offset mode too (even -0.130 doesn't seem to have any effect).

I can't see any other setting directly related to the cpu voltage.
Any hint or help pls?

I'd like also some hints onthe gpu voltage settings (trying to undervolt those too)

There might be a problem with your bios. Have you tried using Intel XTU to adjust your CPU voltage while in Windows? You can also try ThrottleStop 7 which has this feature for the 4th Gen CPUs.
