How do i turn off computer beeps

When i reformatted my comp the beeps started and now i hate it so much is there any way to turn off those damn beeps. I'm using aim and gets annoying.
 
What beeps? If it's just AIM, go into the options and uncheck the sound options, simple.

Otherwise, post more info. I haven't installed ESP2 yet.
