How do i test my PSU?

Ok, I just got a voltmeter from my father, and I plan on testing my PSU sometime this week. How would I go about testing it?
 
Get the antec tester from Newegg. It's basically a switch that allows you to turn it on, has an led to show it's working, and test contacts to measure the rails.
