How do I subscribe to a forum?

All my old forum subscriptions carried over but the new [H] forums has some new sections that I would like to subscribe to. I don't see the "subscribe to this forum" link anymore. Where is it?

Look for the "Forum Tools" link for forums or "Thread Tools" link for threads.
Click it and a drop down menu will appear with the subscribe on it.
 
Meh still not working. I will subscribe to one (for instance the HTPC forum) and it shows up in my User CP. But whenever I leave the CP and come back, it is gone. Any idea what is going on?
 
it shows new posts since your last visit. if your visits are 10seconds apart.. there arent going to be new posts

I'm talking about subscribing to a forum - not a thread. Anyway it works now. It took about 10 tries over the last 24 hours but all of my subscribed forums are there now. Wierd.
