How do I start a new Forum?

I would love a Modems & Networking Forum. How would I go about starting one, or getting one started?

Do you mean how do you create your own board/forum, or add that as a new forum here at [H]?

You can't add this yourself here, just suggest it to the Admins

*edit, yeah there is already a networking forum here

There already is a Networking forum here. It's just down toward the bottom.
