How do I run diagnostics on a RAID'd HD array?

I have some servers I want to test and when I run the diagnostics CD it only shows one drive which is a RAID1 array. Is there a way to test each drive independently?

Also, does anyone know of diagnostics CD's or programs for Fujitsu SAS 15k drives (146 and 73GB)?
