the purple hard drive locking devices without ruining them?? i need to know ASAP!

thanks.

Most have plastic tension tabs and clips, pull to the back (open position), find the part holding them from sliding backwards, and lift out then pull back

There's tiny extrusions in the metal (clips, really) that need to be pushed in (it's fucking hard) for those to be slid out.

Purple isn't many.. that's my guess ;)

he's painting the case (I know him)

stain is right, i am painting the inside of the case and i am putting a window in...there is no way i am having purple anything in my computer.

Look into plastic dye. Try that out. black or whatever.

Oh, i didn't get around to sending you that PM, but just do a quick search here for "painting a case"
