How do I remove the tubing that already on the barbs? I am switching from AMD to Intel and I need to change my water block config.

I dont want to cut the tubing because then it would come up short and kink at the end of the barbs.

any easy way?

Push the tubing towards the block and then pinch it hard and rock it back and forth while pulling back on it. It'll come of after a bit of work.

if the tubing has been used for a long time i suggest replacing it. the easiest way to remove tubing that you dont want anymore is by slicing the end of it on the barb.

I wouldn't say that, I pull 7/16" tubing off my barbs (1/2") with no problems using the method outlined above. That's after 6+ months of being on the barbs.

Yup this is exactly what I would do.

@Aurora
It comes off easy off some barbs but not all. Some make it really hard to get off.

I grab it RIGHT after the barb, pinch inwards, rock it left to right, while stabilizing the waterblock with my hands...

Stabilizing it is ESPECIALLY important if you're removing the tube from an open-die chip (pre 8800 GPU's and non IHS'd CPUs)
