How do I remove MS messenger and netmeeting?

I know there is a run command to remove them both (one for each but I don't know what there are or where to find them can someone help me out.
 
In WinXP SP2, simply go to the add/remove programs control panel, clcik on the windows components button and remove them.

You don't need to uninstall netmeeting. If you don't want it, don't configure it, and it won't be active.
