You should be able to OC the ram in the BIOS. I do not have your board, but under the advanced settings you should find a ram multiplier. You'll need too losen the timings (make them higher) and increase the ram voltage a bit to get the speed up. If you could take pics of your BIOS screen that should help in pointing you in the right direction. Be aware, it only takes a fraction of a second for your ram to cook off if you go too extreme. Take small steps.
overclocked ram is typically the product of an overclocked processor, its fsb speed, the ram speed, and the multiplier used. to modify its settings you'll have to do it in the bios. ram settings however are sometimes hidden or set to auto by default.
