How do I open a window thats a specific size?

I am wanting to open a window to a specific size, such as 1280x800. I am basicly wanting to see what it would look like on a netbook. I know the physical size won't be accurate but I am wanting to see how the resolution will look like.

I know I could set the screen resolution to the specific Res that I want to checkout but I don't want to do it that way.

Sizer or AutoSizer, or you could just use a screen ruler to measure the pixels.

You could also use some app like WinSplit or Maxto.
