How do I OC the SN95G5?

When I set the RAM MHz to 275MHz (the rated speed of my TCCD) it just reverts back to 200MHz and tells me to reset the speed by pressing "Del" or to continue by pressing "F1" -- none of which make it boot up to 275MHz. What am I missing here? What exactly am I doing wrong?

I updated the BIOS to the latest ones on Shuttle's site and still it does not like speeds over 270MHz even when using dividers. I tried to lower and raise the volts on the RAM and CPU but the silly thing will not even let me use the max 280MHz.

did you try 2.5-4-3-10 instead of im assuming your doing 2.5-3-3-10.

Hey question for you. I am having a problem with my shuttle OC.

Can you make a clock that you know is stable, lets say 09x250 which im sure your tccd can do fine.

boot into windows, record your speed using an app like cpuz or something.

now shut down the machine, completly. count 30 to 60 seconds.

turn on your machine, does cpuz? or whatever app you use, report the same speed it was before?

mine doesn't! it automatically goes back to 200 Mhz fsb.

9X on a 1:1 bus with stock volts.

Mine can go as high as 255MHz but at 260MHz it fails prime after 5 hours. I know this means I need to up the voltage since it was still stock when I hit this limit. Also to answer your question; "no" my CPU does not reset itself.
