How do I "modularize" my power supply?

I have a great-working Antec TruePower 430 watt power supply. I would like to essentially convert it to a modular power supply by adding plugs very close to the power supply unit.

Wondering if anyone has ever done this? I know there's modular power supplies out there made by Antec and Enermax, but I kinda want to do this myself.

Any ideas?
 
I'm not wanting to discourage you, but if you have to ask.. you've got a long road ahead of you. ;)

Performance-PC's has taken regular PSU's and has made them modular, and has all of the parts and tools so you can do the same:

Essentially cut all of your cables, slide on a male and female connector onto all of the cut ends and crimp on your tips and voila! You have a modular power supply.
