how do i make a silent install of directx 9.0c ?

i am talking about the latest copy of 9.0c (the one dated 12-20-2005)
 
Can't verify, but my best guess is:

Download the full download, 46.2MB. Looks like there's one dated today, 1/20/06.
Extract with "directx_dec2005_redist.exe /c /t:path", replacing path with the path of your choice.
Using the extracted files, run "dxsetup.exe /silent".
