How do I know if my memory is running in dual-channel mode?

when the pc boots in the post screen it will detect the ram, add it up and it should say Dual Channel, or Single Channel, at least my old board does this. or goto www.cpuid.com and download cpuz and then check the memory tab it will tell u if its in single or dual channel. lastly check the motherboard manual for where the4 sticks should be in to make it run dual channel.....

usually if u have to ask if its runnin in dual channel, its not. lol

Here's what shows:

So I guess it's dual... ? Also, I see 160Mhz... 166Mhz... 200Mhz... but my memory specs say 400Mhz... is something wrong?

Thanks!

166ddr = 333mhz
200ddr = 400mhz

make sense? the fsb is mutiplied by 2 for DDR. so 100ddr is 200mhz, and 133 is 266mhz and so forth...
