How can I make it some my computer always get the same IP address when using a router with DHCP enabled?

I setup port forwarding on mu Linksys router for BT, but the problem is that my IP changes. How can I make it so that my computer always gets 192.168.1.104 instead of a 105 or 103? This is a Linksys BEFSR41 router with a Netgear wireless router connected as a AP only.
 
In your router there should be an ip reservation area. It will allow you to specify an IP for a machine, without having to staticly assign it on the computer.
