How do i get rid of these shared users?

So i imagine these popped up due to either the file manager i installed on my shieldtv, or something else installed on windows that went un-noticed for quite some time. Either way, I have no clue - and google is giving me nada.

How can I remove these 2 items from the list?

Are there users with corresponding names in the computer manager users section?
