How do I find the voltage my memory is using?

I downloaded CPU-Z but it doesn't give memory voltage info. Also whats the program that shows you all sorts of stuff about your computer it starts with an S I can't remember.
 
You may or may not get results (or at least good results) from your motherboard about your mem voltage. If you want to know for sure, or to reference what your motherboard reports for accuracy, you can test the board itself with a multimeter. If you look on your mobo you'll see circles drawn all over it, a bit smaller than a dime in diameter, with two solder points on the inside. Generally one of these near your DIMM slots will give you your memory voltage.
