I just ran pcmark 2004 and it said that hyperthreading is available but its disabled. How do I enable this.

Pcmark said it was available but it was disabled. Does that still mean I dont have it.

Yes, i am smarter than PCmark

First CPUs to have it were the P4 2.66 533fsb and P4 3.06 533fsb I believe. And then the 800fsb P4's.

I could be wrong. But if your motherboard supports it and your CPU does have it, then it would be in the bios.

For 533FSB only the 3.06 had it, all of the 800FSB's have it, and most (if not all) P4-based xeons have had it for quite awhile.
