Can anyone tell how to enable coolbits plz.....just built another gaming system and i'm trying to overclock it....This is my first AMD system..
Specs:
ASUS A8N SLI Premium, Revised Bios version 1009
A64 3500+ Venice @ 2.4GHz (watercooled by Aquagate Mini)
1GB Corsair 3200XLPRO
EVGA 7800GTX (2nd card coming in a week)
200GB WD Caviar SATA 3.0GB
Sound Blaster Audigy 2ZS
Plextor 716A DVD-RW
Coolermaster Centurion 5
Coolermaster Realpower 450w (getting Turbo Cool 510 SLI in a week)

If i can get overall advice on overclocking everything would be highly appreciated..Thanks in advance...
 
make a .reg file with notepad and paste the following in it, then run it.:

REGEDIT4

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\NVIDIA Corporation\Global\NVTweak]
"CoolBits"=dword:00000003
 
Thanks its working now...another thing, what else can i do to overclock my cpu...its 2.2GHz stock and i got it @2.4GHz stable. Anything over that unstable..i donno y its not going higher than that...i got the Aquagate mini watercooling system, temps around 26 idle and about 35-40 full load(BF2)...
