How do I diagnose HDD problems on the Rocketraid 3560?

For some reason today I started seeing Disk Overload 100% on one of my programs. The temps seem fine according to the RaidController.

It is really causing a degradation though in my disk transfer speeds. Could it be caused by using 2 different types of drives?

I have 2 Seagates and 2 Hitachis in a R6 setup.

I can post smart info from the raid controller on each drive if that would help figure things out.

Would it be uTorrent that you are getting these errors in? If so, read for the fix here
