How do I change mouse speed and scroll on Win7?

For future reference you can just type "mouse" (or whatever you are trying to find) in the start>search thing and it will usually find exactly what you're looking for. It tends to be a lot quicker than actually trying to find stuff through the control panel :)
 
What travbrad said. Use the searchable Control Panel. It's even searchable from the Start Menu now.
