lol, this is the first time you've seen that? Wow, it's really common these days. Yes, he did individually wrap every single wire. It's time consuming but the results are a amazing. Alternatively you can buy individually sleeved extensions so that you don't have to sleeve your own cable. There are several companies that make them, nzxt is the only one that comes to mind though. They don't look as good though, but they are obviously a lot easier.
