Anyone know how to enable ROP's at the bios level?

I'm wanting to use one of Stilt's custom memory-timing tweaked bioses, but I'm only interested in gaming performance, not mining. Stilt has apparently disabled ROPs in his custom bioses, and so I'm looking to see how one could go about re-enabling them.

EDIT:

Just had the thought -- if I were to hex-compare a bios before and after Stilt's tweak, could/would it be a matter of finding certain bits that have been changed (to try and narrow down what disabled the ROPs)? Or would the "after" bios be entirely different post-tweak?
