how can i stop the little taskbar popups winxp?

the little yello popups are really annoy8ng how can i make them go away?

What sort of popups are appearing? I rarely see anything on mine except "new windows updates" or the like, and those are pretty infrequent.

There is an option to do this somewhere, but I forget where. Maybe it is part of the Tweak UI powertoys.

Also I would reccomend not doing this. Those pop ups suck when you first install windows. However, they subside if you click on them then hit cancel on the next pop up. *When applicable (like the XP Tour)
